Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of products and services offered by Petracom Solutions. By placing an order, visiting our website, or contacting our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General
Petracom Solutions provides ICT products and related services subject to availability. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Orders and Payments

• All orders must be fully paid before dispatch. We do not offer payment-on-delivery.

• We accept various forms of payment, including mobile money, bank transfers, and cash (where applicable).

• Petracom Solutions reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, errors in product information, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

• All prices are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed.

• Prices stated do not include any sales, use, excise, or other applicable taxes or duties. All such charges shall be paid by the buyer unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided and accepted by the relevant authorities.

• Product descriptions, specifications, and images are intended to be accurate, but minor variations may occur.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within Nairobi CBD in 2 hours and countrywide within 24 hours.

• A delivery fee of Ksh 200 applies within Nairobi CBD. A flat rate of Ksh 1,000 applies for deliveries outside Nairobi.

• Delivery timelines begin once payment is confirmed. Delays may occur due to logistics or external factors.

5. Refunds and Returns

• Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of purchase in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Certain items (e.g., software, opened packaging, customized orders) may not be eligible for return.

6. Warranties on Products

• All our products, including laptops, desktops, accessories, printers, inks, and RAMs, come with a warranty ranging from 3 months to 1 year.

• Refurbished machines come with up to 3 months warranty, while brand new machines carry a warranty of up to 1+ years.

• Warranty coverage is based on the item and is specified at the time of purchase.

• Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Warranty and Support

• In addition to product warranties, support may be provided based on the nature of the product and issue.

• Petracom Solutions is not liable for damages caused by improper use, installation, or third-party repairs.

8. Limitation of Liability
Petracom Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Privacy
All personal information provided is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on our website or marketing platforms are the property of Petracom Solutions and may not be reproduced without written consent.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with Kenyan legal procedures.
