At Petracom Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Period
You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Discounted or clearance items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software or licenses

  • Downloadable products

  • Items showing physical damage not reported at the time of delivery

  • Customized or special-order products

After review, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange, contact us within the 7-day return period.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
